Come by Shop Evanston Made’s Holiday Market at 921 Church Street in Evanston on December 12, 2021 from 1-4 pm for ABH+EM’s One For The Books, a Sunday afternoon festival celebrating books, writers, reading, and stories. Partner bookshops include Booked, Page 1 Books, and The Book Stall.
We’ll have some of our favorite local writers reading their work, writing workshops, and tables with our partner bookshops, independent authors, small presses, and book artists selling their wares. A complete list of vendors will be updated on this event page daily!
Local writers will read from their work at the following times:
1 pm: Jevoid Simmons
1:30 pm: Mia McCollough
2:00 pm: Toya Wolfe
2:30 pm: Megan Stielstra
3:00 pm: Donovan Mixon
3:30 pm: Betsy Bird
Tables will include: Ten Minute Memoir with Sharon Fiffer, Larksparrow Press (Craig Jobson), Mardy Sears, Millicent Kennedy, Her Rising, Michael Frank Miles, and City Files Books.
