We served the “Lost and Found”, our signature event cocktail named by Josh Chernoff and mixed by Lisa Degliantoni, celebrating Evanston Made’s refreshing and glamorous takeover of Amy Morton’s old Found Restaurant at 1631 Chicago Ave. in Downtown Evanston.
“Lost and Found” recipe: make batches by taste using Hendrick’s Gin, fresh lime and orange juice, blood orange and lime seltzer and a splash of passionfruit syrup.
Apologies to Rae, our taster, for getting you a little tipsy but the drink was a hit according to the people we served!
