I have been sewing since I was a young kid and have found few other hobbies that I enjoy as much. In fact the only thing I enjoy more than sewing myself is seeing others learn to sew which is why I started Butterscotch Sewing. I have seen so many people try to learn how to sew only to give up quickly because a pattern is too confusing to follow. I wanted to offer a different way of learning how to sew so I created this line of kits for kids to work on right alongside their grown-ups. The kits include all of the supplies you need to complete your doll (you bring the scissors) and access to videos that walk sewers through each step in the kit. I learn best by seeing so these videos take all of the guesswork out of written instructions and offer a guided approach to learning how to sew.
