Larry Geni

I have done a lot of traveling since I retired from teaching physics at ETHS. As a result, I have taken photos in some pretty interesting places. When I come home from my travels, I select the pictures that mean the most to me and paint them. My goal in painting is not to simply represent the scenes in my photos–instead, I am increasingly interested in seeing my paintings as physical things that I want to make as beautiful as possible, regardless of the content being painted.
