Artist Bio
My strong love of nature, and inspiration from my home country of Japan encourages me to paint in many ways. I seek to capture the dance of light and color inherent in the splendid beauty of nature. I have always loved sky and water, leaves and flowers. Ponds are a vehicle for abstraction; interweaving washes of color give the picture a rhythmic structure. I believe that nature itself is a form of art, which can inspire all of us to share our own individual uniqueness and to bring nature’s harmony into our lives. INFO
