12/10 Levy Longevity: Navigating Changing Care Needs and Anticipating Future Needs with Sarah Chen

December 10 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Free

Join us Tuesday, December 10 at 1:30pm for a presentation by Sarah Michelle Chen. While your crystal ball may be broken, navigating aging involves looking ahead, learning about available resources, and adjusting as physical abilities or cognitive function change. This lecture will provide practical considerations that can be acted on now which can ease future stress surrounding uncomfortable decisions that need to be made for yourself, or for your family members.

This program will explore strategies for modifying living arrangements such as in-home services and long-term care, maintaining a safe home environment, as well as developing a “just in case” plan in order to help attendees prepare for the future.

The Levy Longevity is free, but registration is required. Register on the Levy Senior Center Foundation website: lscfevanston.org/levy-longevity-series.
