I’m inspired by the natural world.~.Its translucency and layered shapes and colors never cease to amaze and dazzle me.

I feel that the layers that we see in nature correspond to the layers of personality and mood that are inherent in our bodies and minds.

I work in various media including painting, metal< glass,( both hot and assembled.)<collage and printmaking.

Trained as a silversmith, I pivoted careers and have spent the last almost 30 years as a therapist and parent educator.
Art has been a primary source of my own self-care.
