“The Way I See It: All About Perspective.” Sarah Kaiser-Amaral

Artist Talk/Perspective Workshop:
Sarah will discuss the role that perspective plays in her artwork, as well as explain how the basic systems work. She will explain how both linear and atmospheric perspective are useful tools that artists use to create the illusion of deep space on a flat surface. Participants may bring a sketchbook and practice drawing out the concepts. They will learn from the examples in the gallery, which also include paintings by Mark Cleveland and Joseph Taylor.
