Polyester Plate Lithography Workshop w Socorro Mucino, 12:30-2:30p, 8pl, $25. Click here for tickets.
Participants will be provided a printmaking station to be shared by 2 people, and will need to wear an apron.
All supplies will be provided to print 1 or 2 prints.
Teacher will provide a polyester plate with a copy free image, oil based ink, printmaking paper, brayer, sponge, gum arabic, gloves and non-toxic cleaning supplies.
Group Show: Prints & Printmaking
This exhibit will feature work by Evanston Made members who create original art prints, and all forms of printing and printmaking. Letterpress, Traditional printmaking techniques including woodcut, etching, engraving, and lithograph, screenprinting
We will host several workshops with artists, open to the public, during the exhibit and will announce and promote events on the Evanston Made Community Calendar.
Opening night Saturday, February 4, 5-8p. Free and open to all, enjoy light refreshments and marvelous company!
