Perspective Gallery Kicks off 2025 with “Flipside: From the Back + Beyond”

Fresh perspectives abound in Perspective Gallery’s new exhibit, “Flipside: From the Back + Beyond.” Opening January 3rd, with a public reception January 11th from 5 to 7 p.m., the show features work from 18 gallery members. The display gives a fascinating glimpse into the creative workings of each photographer’s mind as they explore the world “from the back and beyond.”
“It’s always exciting to see where people will go with a theme and having the chance to do this with all the members in one show, makes it more special,” says member Monica Kass Rogers. “No two photographers approach a subject the same way.”
Creating with “Flipside” in mind, the imagery Perspective members produced runs the gamut from humorous, to darkly abstract, to dreamlike and conceptual. Artists exhibiting in the show include Nelson Armour, William Bridges, Jeffrie Chirchirillo, Jane Feely, Tobin Fraley, Alexa Frangos, Doug Haight, William Harper, Anthony Iacuzzi, Susan Isaacson, Monica Kass Rogers, Kurt Kramer, Suzanne Metzel, Christopher Schneberger (emeritus), Paula Shur, Bob Tanner, Verna Todd and Chris Walker.

About Perspective: Founded in 2010, Perspective Group and Photography Gallery is a not-for-profit, community-oriented cooperative of fine art photographers whose purpose is to promote fine art photography.
