Old School Vinyl Dance Party for Reproductive Rights!

We’ve decided we ALL need to dance before SCOTUS bans it, so we’ve enlisted DJ Tim from Squeezebox to spin us two funky fun sets of hip/hop, funk, and soul! 50% of tickets sales will go to Planned Parenthood, and there will be a big old raffle where 100% of proceeds will go to PP, so come boogie your butt for Reproductive Rights!

This is the kickoff party for a month of activities hosted by “Evanstonians for Reproductive Rights,” spearheaded by local business leaders. Our goal is to raise $100,000 for Planned Parenthood. About the show!

There will be a booth selling beer and Margaritas via La Principal, and a booth selling wine, beer, and frosé via The Wine Goddess. There will be Walking Tacos available for purchase via La Principal. There will be “Badassadors” selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a dizzying array of goods and services from Evanston businesses. So bring cash, or your credit card, and let’s make some money for Planned Parenthood!

Other things to note:

• Custer Oasis is located outdoors, on the 800 block of Custer Avenue, just south of Main Street
• Doors open at 4:30 pm
• No outside food or beverages allowed
• No refunds/cancellations
• Event will be rescheduled or cancelled/refunded if there’s rain–check your email if there’s inclement weather
