Maker’s Markets 2024

The Maker’s Market is a unique shopping experience and one of Evanston’s most accessible and fun shopping events! Hosted on the 5th Floor of the Maple Avenue Parking Garage in Downtown Evanston, this market invites shoppers to browse and purchase unique and one-of-a-kind, handmade goods from art, craft, wearables, jewelry, stationary, handbags, etc., and more! The market includes art making, Mother’s Day card making, art demonstrations, a raffle and more!

MAKE ART w EVANSTON PAINTS!

Inspired by Herve Tullet’s “Art of Play,” the Evanston Paints community art workshop invites all ages to paint and create in a fun, playful environment. All art created in workshops will be collected, organized and exhibited at the Evanston Art Center in June 2024 in celebration of Evanston Made’s 10-year anniversary. Meet Barbara Ruiz with RetroFit and learn about upcycling garments! Each piece in RetroFit’s collection is upcycled from an existing garment or accessory by adding or removing fabric, or embellishing with appliqués, patches or paint. Shop her unique designs and learn how to renew your wardrobe!
