The artruckish 2023 in person exhibition will be at
Union Pizza at 1245 Chicago Avenue, Evanston on
Saturday, May 13 – Saturday May 27.
Pedestrians can walk by and notice the art decorating the windows of Union Pizza.
The installation consists of 64 individual pieces of art, each by a different local artist.
Local artist Julie Cowan organized the project earlier this year. Giving each artist an embossed piece of art paper, artists were given the prompt to only use black and white (no color) and make a work on that paper. You will be impressed and inspired by the results.
