Evanston Made hosts the Emerging Creative Program, mentoring emerging artists (ages 16-22) in Evanston, who are interested in pursuing a career in the creative arts. The mentorship program focuses on teaching people to produce pop-ups and curate art exhibits.

Bringing together a group of career creatives, who are all experts in their fields, from designers to graphic artists to curators, this six-week program offers in-person opportunities to make projects come to life, see below for examples. From securing space to marketing and promotions, to installing art, this program teaches some of  the elements and milestones of managing a career in the creative arts.

Creatives are invited to submit an application with a description of their current body of work and interest areas, images of completed or planned work. Applications are due March 28 for the first series, and are accepted on a project basis throughout the year. Click here to apply.
