First Saturdays Evanston

Evanston Made hosts a citywide Art Party every month on The First Saturday of the month! Visit art galleries, artist studios, stores and more to experience Evanston's thriving Art Scene.

Maker's Markets

Sell and Shop handmade goods at Maker's Markets, May - October, in the Maple Ave. Parking Garage in Downtown Evanston. Hosted on the First Saturday of each month, 12-5p.

The Art Shop

In the past year Evanston Made has built an extraordinary online shop for our members to sell their wares! We have hundreds of gifts ideas, such as jewelry, calendars, notecards and puzzles, as well as original pieces of art in all shapes, sizes and prices!

Member's Portfolio Page

Every member artist gets a free portfolio page on the website. They can load up to 15 images. They can load their resume, bio, artist statement and any contact links they would want the public to have.

 

Professional Development

Our Professional Development Workshop series offer expert advice on different aspects of the working artist's life. Past workshops include "Instagram for Artist who don't Love Instagram" and "Photographing Your Work".

Interviews

Although Covid-19 inspired us to begin The Interview Project, we love getting to know our members better and helping YOU get to know them better!

In this section you will find links to videos on YouTube as well as written interviews created by talented volunteers.

We believe that Evanston Made should meet and exceed The 15 Percent Pledge to have 15% of our members be Black, Brown, Indigenous People of Color. We have work to do.
